• There will be five (5) Survey Prizes available to be won – each consisting of Candice Batista’s book “Sustained” valued at $24.99.  

• There will be eighteen (18) In Person Screening Attendance Prizes available to be won – each consisting of Candice Batista’s book “Sustained” valued at $24.99.

Qualification: 

• Contest begins on January 4, 2024 and ends on February 14, 2024 at 11:59 PM ET
• Winners must be Residents of Hazelview Properties on January 4, 2024
• Winners must register and attend the Live Virtual Event on January 24, 2024 at 7:30 PM EST
• All winners will be selected via random draw and will be notified in February 2024
• Participants are eligible to win one prize only 
• The winner(s) agree(s) their name can be shared on Hazelview Properties’ social media pages, on the Hazelview Properties Website and / or in any public facing communication about the contest
